Why Smart TV certification is different from web deployment
Publishing a website usually means deploying files to infrastructure you control. Publishing a Smart TV app means entering a platform owner’s review process. Samsung, LG, Roku, Google and Amazon each use their own developer accounts, submission portals, technical requirements and review procedures.
